Terms of Service

These terms apply to the lawn care and garden maintenance services provided by Riverland Grass Ninja Lawn Care ("we", "us", "our") across the Riverland, South Australia. By booking or accepting a quote from us, you agree to these terms.
Quotes
Quotes are free and provided with no obligation. A quote is an estimate based on the information available to us and, where relevant, an inspection of the property. If the actual conditions or scope of work differ from what was quoted, we'll discuss any change in price with you before carrying out the additional work. Unless stated otherwise, a quote is valid for 30 days.
Bookings and scheduling
We'll do our best to attend at the agreed time. Because much of our work is outdoors, jobs can be affected by weather or earlier work running over. If we need to reschedule, we'll let you know as soon as possible and arrange a new time that suits you.
Access to your property
Please make sure we have safe, clear access to the areas we'll be working on. To keep everyone safe and the work running smoothly, we ask that you:
- Unlock gates or provide access details ahead of time
- Secure pets away from the work area
- Remove or point out toys, hoses, furniture and other loose items
- Tell us about any hidden hazards such as irrigation lines, cables, pipes, sprinkler heads or soft ground
Pricing and payment
Prices are as set out in your quote or as agreed before work begins. Unless we've agreed otherwise, payment is due on completion of the work using the payment methods we advise at the time. We may charge for additional work that you request or that becomes necessary, after first confirming it with you.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as you reasonably can — at least 24 hours is appreciated — so we can offer the spot to another customer. For larger or quoted jobs, any deposit and cancellation arrangements will be confirmed with you in advance.
Our work and your satisfaction
We take pride in our work and aim to leave every property tidy and looking its best. If you're not happy with any part of a job, let us know within a reasonable time and we'll come back and put it right.
Liability
We carry out our work with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage to hidden or undisclosed items (such as buried cables, pipes, irrigation or sprinkler systems), for pre-existing issues with the lawn, garden or property, or for outcomes outside our reasonable control such as plant health, weather damage or natural regrowth. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Photos of completed work
From time to time we may take photos of completed work to show examples of what we do. These photos won't identify you or your address. If you'd prefer we didn't photograph your property, just let us know and we'll respect that.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
